Anand Mahindra’s response to the statement over Chandrayaan-3’s spending

One day after launching the Chandrayaan-3, businessman Anand Mahindra on Saturday schooled for questions such as the need for a space programmed and the associated expenditure, raising many fingers on the Indian moon mission. Mr. Mahindra defended an ambitious space programmed and gave the statement that “reaching till the stars fulfils us with pride in our advancing technology”.

On Twitter, he tweeted that ‘there are many people who will question why we’re spending revenues on the project of Chandrayaan-3 while we have many projects to work on in the space programmed.” On the reply, “When we reach for the stars, it provides us with a pride movement in our Indian scientists and technology with self-confidence as a pride movement for the nation. This was the inspiration for each individual’.

With his tweet, the Mahindra group and their chairman shared the featured video, in which a huge crowd of people are gathered at the gallery near the space center in Andhra Pradesh as witnesses of the launch of the Chandrayaaan-3. The gallery was set up by the Indian Space Research Organization opposite the main entrance of the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC).

Mahindra was not directly aimed at any individual; they targeted the mass population to discover, which criticizes ambitious space programmed and suggests that they focused on the prevailing problem on Earth instead.

Chandrayaan-3 was launched months before attempting to land on the surface of the moon on August 23. If this is successful, it would make India the  fourth nation to have landed on the moon after the United States, the Soviet Union, and China.
