Jagan calls Naidu ‘Musalayana’, questions his regime

With the Andhra state elections around the corner, both the Opposition and the ruling party are at each other’s throats. Andhra CM and YSRCP President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday had some bitter words to say about his nemesis and TDP supremo, Chandrababu Naidu.

Every time, both Naidu and Jagan keep trying to come up with more innovative ways to attack each other rather than follow the same narrative in every rally.

Chief Minister Jagan referred to Naidu as a “Musalayana” (an old man) and said that he has lost his steam. He added that even though is old, he is yet craving power to loot the state. Apparently, CM Jagan wanted the people to know that Naidu cant does anything for them as he is old and frail now.

Giving an acidic reply to the selfie challenges being made by Naidu before every project, CM Jagan said releasing a few fake photos in the name of selfies wont be enough.

“If this Musalayana has any guts, he will to stand in front of the house of SC/ST/BC and minority individuals and pose a selfie, saying that these people have got so-and-so-benefits from him during his regime. Can he do it?” he questioned publicly.

The CM asked the people to think about why Naidu, during his regime as Cm of the state, couldn’t work for them. Why during that time the people they could not get any welfare schemes, which they are getting now.

“Why did no single person benefit from even a single rupee during his old man’s period?” he asked.

Jagan mentioned that his government had credited Rs.2.07 lakh crore to the poor in the past 46 months.

“Why the Musalayan could not do what I did when he was in power? Where did all the money go? Who looted all this money?” he quizzed.

He asked the scheme beneficiaries to scrutinize the old man for posing selfies with them.

He added that the people should take selfies not with Musalayan but with him, their ‘son’.
