Kuber Group CEO, Vikas Malu, was involved in a Rolls-Royce car accident; a special investigation team was established.

According to fresh evidence, Vikas Malu, CEO of Kuber Group, a luxury car driven by a notable industrialist struck an oil tanker, killing two people and injuring four more. Haryana police have established a special investigation team (SIT). He will further look into a high-speed accident that occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai motorway on August 22.

The industrialist identified in the incident is Vikas Malu, the director of Kuber Group. One of three people in a Rolls Royce that crashed with the tanker at a location on the motorway inside the borders of the Nuh district. The truck was going at an estimated speed of 200 kph.

SIT formed for investigation

Haryana police have formed a special investigation team (SIT) to look into a high-speed accident, happened on the Delhi-Mumbai motorway on August 22. This is in response to new evidence that suggests a luxury car owned by a prominent industrialist rear-ended a fuel tanker, killing two people and injuring four others.

Police identified the businessman as Kuber Group director Vikas Malu, one of the three people of the Rolls Royce that collided with the tanker. An estimated 200 kph was the truck’s speed.

Initially, it was thought that the tanker’s driver was to blame for the accident. Since he was said to have headed in the wrong direction. However, CCTV evidence later revealed that both cars were really travelling away from Gurugram.

The crime investigation unit (CIA) and representatives from the Nagina police station in Nuh will set up the SIT, according to the police.

CCTV evidences

The Rolls Royce was one of four to five automobiles in a convoy. According to CCTV video from the toll plaza, the last in Gurugram’s jurisdiction and 12 km from Alipur, according to the police.

According to Bijarniya, the Rolls Royce left the convoy and accelerated ahead after 13 minutes. The Fortuner, Safari, Range Rover, and Rolls Royce all passed through the toll plaza at roughly 11:09 a.m.

The police have filed a complaint at Nagina police station against an unidentified Rolls Royce driver based on Yadav’s allegation, citing sections 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing harm by an act endangering life or personal safety of others), and 304A (causing death by carelessness) of the IPC.

“According to CCTV evidence, the luxury car was speeding at over 200 kph when it lost control. It struck the oil tanker from behind, and then continued on. SHO Ratan Lal states that investigators are looking into a case involving unidentified individuals.
