In a significant development, security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district encountered and neutralized five foreign terrorists in an operation on Friday. Additionally, on June 2, a terrorist was killed in a separate encounter with security forces in Rajouri district. The operation was initiated in response to suspicious movement noticed in the forest area of Dassal Gujran near Rajouri. The joint cordon and search operation conducted by the army and police successfully neutralized the terrorist.
