Tied to a pole with bound hands, Shivam was subjected to a merciless beating with an iron rod, his agonized cries echoing in the air. The repeated assault left him gradually losing consciousness, all on accusations of theft related to a package from Kanhiya Hosiery, a prominent business where he had been employed as a manager.

As the investigation unfolded with a burst of new information, seven individuals, including his boss, transport businessman Bankim Suri, and Kanhaiya Hosiery owner, Neeraj Gupta, were implicated in the murder case. The police, in a perplexing turn of events, initially believed that Shivam had died of electrocution. However, upon further examination of the body by a police officer at the hospital, injuries inconsistent with electrocution were discovered, adding more layers of confusion to the case.
