‘History unfolds’ at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir opening – Highlight from Pran Pratishtha headed by PM Modi

On Monday, January 22, Prime Minister Modi conducted the “Pran Pratishtha” event at the “historical” Ram temple in Ayodhya, dressed in a golden kurta and cream-colored dhoti. Lakhs of people tuned in to watch the ceremony live on television.

Meanwhile, hundreds of people from all walks of life flocked to Ayodhya to watch the magnificent occasion. At the same time, a few candidates marked the occasion in a unique fashion. Here’s what occurred on Monday, January 22, at the Ayodhya Ram Temple celebration.

The Ram Lalla idol was unveiled during a Pran Pratishtha event attended by Prime Minister Modi, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) president Mohan Bhagwat, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The revelation occurred following an hour-long ride in the company of Prime Minister Modi, who oversaw the event. Meanwhile, hymns, poetry, and songs praising Lord Ram echoed through temples across the country.

PM Modi came to Ayodhya on Monday to witness the consecration ceremony of the newly completed Ram temple. He landed at Maharshi Valmiki International Airport. The event began at around 12:20 p.m. The rites of the Pran Pratishtha celebration were led by the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister entered the shrine holding a silver ‘chattar’ (umbrellas for) resting on a crimson folded dupatta. He took ” Sankalp’ for the “pran pratishtha ceremonial” and then walked to the sanctum sanctorum to perform the procedures.
PM Modi later conducted the Ram Lalla idol’s ‘aarti’ at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on Monday. He also performed ‘parikrama’ on the god and ‘and at pranam’. He also sought blessings from sadhus.

PM Modi tweeted before of the event, “The magnificent occasion of observance of Shri Ram Lalla’s existence in Ayodhya Dham will leave everyone emotional.” It gives me enormous joy to be an element of this magnificent project. Hail, Siya Ram!”

Following the ceremony, he addressed a speech to the dignitaries in attendance. He went on to say, “Aaj humare Ram aaye hai (Today, our Ram has come)”. He criticized those who resisted the construction of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya, saying, “Ram is not flames, but an energy…he pertains not only to us but to everyone…”‘

PM Modi attended the Kuber Tila on the Ram Mandir grounds in Ayodhya and worshipped Lord Shiva there. He conducted ‘jalabhishek’ (giving water to the ‘Shiva linga’) and a ‘parikrama’ (circling) of the temple.

The prime minister then inaugurated a statue of ‘Jatayu’ on the grounds of the Ayodhya Ram Temple. He sprinkled petals of flowers on workers constructing the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Fifty indigenous musical instruments from around the nation were part of a religious “Mangal Dhwani” that echoed during the inauguration ceremony at Ayodhya’s newly built Ram temple on Monday. The famed poet Yatindra Mishra of Ayodhya orchestrated the big musical recital, which was sponsored by the Sangeet Natak Akademi in New Delhi, according to news agency PTI.

Over 8,000 people were invited to attend the event in the magnificent temple. Thousands of people took part in the celebration at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple, including senior politicians, Bollywood stars, and important businesses.
Billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his family, steel magnate Lakshmi N Mittal, telecom czar Sunil Bharti Mittal, Reliance Group CEO Anil Ambani, and Aditya Birla Group Chairperson Kumar Mangalam Birla and his daughter Ananya Birla were among the executives who were in Ayodhya for the Ram temple’s consecration.

On Monday, actor Madhuri Dixit’s husband, Shriram Nene, was seen snapping a photo with his wife, Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurana, and Rajkumar Hirani, at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.

Moreover, a video posted by news agency ANI shows Hema Malini performing with Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti in the precincts of the Ram Temple. The ceremony was attended by special visitors from cricket, movies, saint politics, society, art, literature, culture, and other disciplines.

Nepalese minister expresses gratitude to Prime Minister Modi

The entire globe has entered the era of Ram,” Nepal’s Union Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Welfare, Sarat Singh Bhandari, told ANI as he inaugurated a 25-foot-tall painting of Ram and Sita in Mahottari on the eve of Pran Pratishtha. The minister also complimented PM Modi for gathering all Sanatan Hindus at one spot and providing an opportunity to refresh.
