“I am not Savarkar will not apologize” Rahul Gandhi.

In a press conference on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi said, “My name is not Savarkar, my name is Gandhi and Gandhi doesn’t apologize.” Since then, he has found himself in a difficult situation once again, as the former chief minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, has stated that he is “upset” over Rahul Gandhi’s comment on Savarkar.

Uddhav, who is the head of the Shiv Sena, has formed an alliance with the Nationalist Congress Party and the Congress Party in the state of Maharashtra. He stated that “we are prepared to fight, but disrespecting our gods is not something we would allow,” and he continued by saying that “we are prepared to battle.”

His next statement was as follows: “I want to inform Rahul Gandhi that you walked from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Sanjay Raut from our party was by your side, we are with you.” But I also want to make it clear to Rahul Gandhi that this war is being fought for the sake of preserving democracy. Veer Savarkar is our Deity, we won’t tolerate his disrespect. This will not be tolerated by us under any circumstances.

Earlier, Uddhav cautioned Rahul Gandhi about making pronouncements of this nature, which have the potential to cause fractures in the coalition. Uddhav further stated that he will not be attending the tea gathering that is being organized by the Congress and will be held in Delhi on Monday.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) didn’t pass up the chance to poke fun at Rahul Gandhi, too. A member of parliament named Anurag Thakur stated that the congress leader can never even be Savarkar in his “best dreams” since being Savarkar demands a significant amount of bravery and love for one’s nation.
