Karnataka: BJP vs Congress Manifesto 2023

The BJP released its Manifesto on Monday at 9 am, for the upcoming election in Karnataka on May 10th, and the day later the Congress released its Manifesto on Tuesday.

BJP’s Manifesto theme is ‘Praja Dwani’ released on Monday morning for the upcoming election in Karnataka on May 10th. They listed 16 big promises in their manifesto.

BJP is the ruling party in Karnataka and the CM is Basavaraj Somappa Bommai.

Congress released its Manifesto on Tuesday for the upcoming election in Karnataka, a day later the BJP released its Manifesto. They also have listed several promises if they come back to power.

BJP’s Manifesto

BJP’s big promises for the upcoming election on May 10th, 2023 such as:-

. Five Kilograms of Rice and Milets every month to households below poverty line

. BPL families will get half a liter of Nandini milk every day.

. Distribution of Rs.10 lakh housing sites for the homeless.

. Rs. 5 lahks in a system.

. Implementation of Uniform Civil Code.

. Introduction of National Register of Citizens, if it is voted back to power.

Congress’s Manifesto

Congress’s big promises for the upcoming election on May 10th, 2023 such as:-

. 200 units of free Electricity for the people of the Karnataka.

. Rs.3000 to unemployed graduates in a month for the next two years, if they come back to power.

. Rs.1,500 to unemployed diploma holders in a month for the next two years.

. Rs.2000 for all housewives of Karnataka people who are below pouch lands.

. Salary hike off Anganbadi, midday meal workers.

. Bus pass will be given to the women.

. 10 kilos of Rice every month for people below the poverty line.

BJP announcement on their Manifesto of removing 4% of Muslim quota in Karnataka election 2023, Congress party said it anti-muslim.

Congress’s counter promise in Manifesto said that if they come to power, they will bring 4% of the Muslim quota, opposite to BJP’s announcement for the upcoming election in Karnataka on May 10th.

Manifesto of both BJP and Congress parties depend on freebies and reservations to win elections in Karnataka.
