In a shocking turn of events, local customer Megha ordered Idly and vada from Andhra Tiffins through Zomato, only to receive half of the meal. Despite contacting Zomato customer care and being assured that the restaurant had sent the full order, Megha is left with only Idly to enjoy.
According to screenshots of the order details provided by Megha, the order clearly included both Idly and vada, yet only the Idly was delivered. It remains unclear whether this was a mistake on the part of the restaurant or Zomato.
Despite the disappointing experience, Megha remains hope less that the restaurant and Zomato will address the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future. He even got offered Rs. 30 coupon for the next order
