Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thackeray group expressed outrage when Sena (Shinde) ordered all 56 Legislators to attend the federal parliament. According to the Eknath Shinde side, the 15 Democratic candidates again from Uddhav Thackeray side are also subject to the lash.
Shinde camp had pledged even during previous High Pretrial hearing that it would neither impose a lash or take appropriate action against the Members of the Thackeray camp, the Thackeray camp claimed that they would not abide by the lash and charged the Shinde camp of violating the court’s order.
The Shinde party has asserted that despite issuing the whip, they will not take some action against with the Members in accordance with the Supreme Court’s assurance.We won’t act even against Members in whatsoever way. We won’t since the Supreme Court made the decision said we shouldn’t, according to Sena Party Chairman Bharat Gogawale (Shinde group).
