The Ayodhya Trust has shared photographs of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple illuminated at night.

The temple trust frequently provides images of the present state of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple. Before the dedication ritual of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust on Monday published a few photos of the temple’s construction drenched in night light.

The temple trust provided images of the statue of Jatayu, a prominent character in the Ramayana, which is erected atop Kuber Fort on the temple grounds, as well as views of intricately carved sculptures of divinities, gods, and goddesses that adorn the temple’s pillars and walls at night.

Last month, Champat Rai, the trust’s general secretary and VHP leader, posted images of the temple’s sanctum-sanctorum (garbha griha). During the dedication ceremony, a statue of Ram Lalla will be put in the sanctum-sanctorum of the freshly built Ram temple, which will then be opened to worshippers.

Elephants, lions, Lord Hanuman, and Garuda, the ‘vahana’ of Lord Vishnu, have been erected at the Ram Temple’s entrance gate.

Rai also revealed details about Lord Ram’s idol, which would be put in the temple. He added the idol is in the shape of a five-year-old child, made of dark-colored stone, and is 51 inches tall.
