The new realmeC53 launches in the Indian market

The new realm C53 is in India. The features were announced at the end of May; all the changes are in the camera and charging system.

The new version of the C53 is already available for per-order from Realme‘s online store; the basic price for a 4/128 GB unit is Rs. 10,000, and all the different configurations for 6/64 GB are Rs. 11,000 too. For comparison, a 6/64 GB realmeC55 costs Rs. 12, 000.

The new features of the C53 include a 108 MP main camera, replacing the 50 MP camera of the original C53. The C55 has only a 64MP main camera, but the extra resolution gives the new phone a 3X sensor zoom.

Like the C55, there’s no other ultra-wide camera on board with an 8MP selfie camera; that’s why Realme calls it a ‘mini capsule ‘. The company takes on the dynamic island UI.

Moving towards the other features of the C55, the old C53, and the new C53, they all have 5,000mAh batteries, and one of them has slower charging at 18W down from 33W.

The rest of the features of the new realmeC53 include a large 6.74″ IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution (20:9). Powered by the unisoc T612 chip set, which is less powerful as compared to the Helio G88 found inside the C55.

The above-mentioned two configurations of the new model have a different balance of RAM and storage; you can try up to 6GB of virtual RAM, and the triple cord slot has space for two SIM and a micro SD (up to 2TB).

With a USB- C 2.0 port on the bottom, a single loudspeaker, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and being 8mm thick, you might have noticed that the rear panel has a new look. You can select between Champion Gold and Champion Black.

RealmeC53 for Indians is on pre- order at a starting price of Rs 10, 000, and sales will start on July 26, 2023, including the platform of Realme Store, Flip-chart, and brick-and-mortar sales.
