PM Modi will launch important projects in Telangana. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating as well as laying the foundation stone of projects that are worth around RS. 11,300 crores in Telangana. The inauguration ceremony will take place on 8th April 2023. PM Narendra Modi will particularly be laying the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Secunderabad Railway Station in Telangana. To push forward the idea of using major and important infrastructure as well as spreading connectivity, PM Modi will be visiting Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka between April 8-9, 2023. The laying of the foundation stone will particularly take place on 8th April and PM Modi will flag off Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express at Secunderabad Railway Station.
Benefits of the New Service
The inauguration of this new train or express service will surely make a huge difference. It will help reduce the travel time between the two cities by at least three and a half hours. This train will particularly benefit various pilgrim passengers. The redevelopment of Secunderabad Railway Station is done at a cost of around Rs. 720 crores. However, it will consist of world-class amenities as well as creatively designed iconic stations. The stations will have a wonderfully developed roof plaza will all amenities at hand. All these changes were added during the redevelopment of this project. This was done to help the citizens travelling between the two cities of Hyderabad and Tirupati. Not only will this train help reduce the travel time, but it will also provide a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Other Projects
Other than this, PM Narendra Modi will also be inaugurating the doubling and electrification of the Secunderabad-Mahabubnagar project. This project is spread over 85 Kilometers and the completion cost is around Rs.1,410 crore.
